Peak serves farewell breakfast to Super Eagles team as they head out to Egypt for the 32nd African Cup of Nations

Peak, the official milk sponsor of the Super Eagles served the team a sumptuous farewell breakfast in Asaba over the weekend as they departed for Egypt to partake in the 32nd African Cup of Nations tournament which is set to begin on 21st June.

Present at the breakfast session were all 25 players of the squad as well as officials of the nation’s football team.

Peak launches N40 sachet milk

Leading dairy brand, Peak, a product of FrieslandCampina WAMCO has launched a new Peak milk sachet into the market at N40, a way to cushion the effects of the current recession and reach a broader market segment.

New survey ranks Peak Milk best in quality rating

A new survey (QUDAL-QUALITY MEDAL SURVEY), conducted in Nigeria by Swiss-based ICERTIAS, a market research company, ranked Peak milk, a premium milk brand from FrieslandCampina WAMCO as the best milk in Nigeria in quality rating.

A statement by the Senior Certification Executive of ICERTIAS, Mihaela Siamar, stated “the first ICERTIAS QUDAL-Quality Medal survey in Nigeria shows that most Nigerian consumers consider Peak as a premium milk brand that offers them the highest level of quality”.

FrieslandCampina WAMCO donates cartons of milk to children in IDP camps

FrieslandCampina WAMCO, makers of Peak Milk, Three Crowns Milk, Friso, among others has donated 5,000 cartons of peak milk to children trapped in Internally Displaced Persons camps (IDPs) through the ‘Get Involved’ Campaign set up by Nigeria’s First Lady, Mrs. Aisha Buhari.

Speaking at the presentation of the milk cartons to Mrs. Buhari, Corporate Affairs Director, FrieslandCampina WAMCO, Ore Famurewa, explained that the donation was aimed at improving the nutritional status of vulnerable children living in the IDP camps in Northeast Nigeria.
