Arla Dano Celebrates World Milk Day 2019 with call for improved milk consumption

Leading dairy firm, Arla Dano celebrated World Milk Day on June 1 2019 with a call to Nigerians to increase their consumption of milk due to its immense benefits.

To mark the special day, Dano organised a farm-themed event tagged ‘On the farm with Dano’ at the Ndubuisi Kanu Park, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos with over 2,000 guests in attendance, including celebrities.

TG Arla Nigeria, makers of Dano Milk has upped the stakes with the introduction of chocolate and strawberry flavoured milk powder variants into the Nigerian market.

Arla Foods set to open new factory in Ghana

Danish dairy giant Arla Foods is opening a new sales and packaging facility in Ghana.

The new facility, Arla Foods Ltd., which would be based in Accra, will begin marketing the company’s branded dairy products in the country from September in response to growing demand for dairy products.

The facility will supply products from the company’s Dano brand, including powdered milk, butter and cheese from value-added brands like Arla and Lurpak.
