The National Union of Food, Beverage and Tobacco Employees (NUFBTE) President, Comrade Lateef Oyelekan, has advised the management of La Casera Company not to allow foreign workers take over positions that are meant for Nigerians.
The union boss gave the advice when the new Managing Director of The La Casera Company, Mr. Chinedum Okereke, visited NUFBTE executives in Lagos.
The La Casera Company has expressed its gratitude to its customers across the country for their consistency and loyalty to the brand.
This was communicated by the company to its stakeholders at an engagement forum it organised for them in Lagos recently.
Speaking at the event, the Managing Director of The La Casera Company, Mr Chinedum Okereke, stated that the forum was necessary to celebrate and connect more with brand loyalists through their feedbacks.
Customers who were present at the well-attended event stated their preference for the Apple variant of La Casera, which they said had more to offer at N100 than competing brands.
Suntory Beverage & Food Nigeria Limited, said it is seeking to double its revenue over the next five years by introducing new products and expanding its distribution network.
The Nigerian unit of Japanese food and beverage company, Suntory Beverage & Food Ltd, said it planned to increase sales to ₦40bn ($111 million) from about ₦20bn, the company’s Managing Director, Chinedum Okereke said on a Monday interview with Bloomberg in Lagos. The boost in sales will increase the local unit’s contribution to its parent company’s sales in Africa, Middle East and the Caribbean by as much as 65%, he said.
