Nigeria’s premium beer, “33” Export Lager, unveiled its limited edition 40th anniversary label at the ‘City of Friends’ event in Calabar, Cross River state at the weekend.
In an atmosphere of camaraderie, the foremost beer brand unveiled a special limited-edition bottle label to mark the historic milestone.
The Nigerian Olympic Committee (NOC) and Nigerian Breweries Plc on Friday reaffirmed their continued partnership leading-up to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
The agreement which was cemented in 2018 will have two of Nigerian Breweries’ biggest brands, Star Lager Beer and Amstel Malta being official sponsors of Team Nigeria in the 2020 games.
Leading premium malt drink, Malta Guinness, from the stables of Guinness Nigeria Plc, has been recognised as “Africa’s Best Premium Non-alcoholic Malt Brand of the Year at the 2019 Edition of the African Brand Leadership Merit Awards held, which on Friday at Sheraton Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos.
The Chairman of the Organizing Committee, Dada Ajai-Ikhile, said Malta Guinness was recognized for its relentless effort in fueling the greatness of Africans. He noted that the brand was selected from a pool of other brands in its category through an independent, thorough and painstaking research across the African market.
