Peak milk, the country’s premier milk brand from FreislandCampina WAMCO Plc is determined to enlighten Nigerians on other ways to consume milk.

Weeks after launching the “Peak Can Do More” (PECADOMO) awareness campaign, the brand is taking the crusade across the country but starting at eight major markets around the Lagos metropolis in South Western Nigeria.

The PECADOMO campaign began in Agege market in Lagos on September 8th 2016, where consumers were introduced to other uses of the milk brand besides tea and beverages.

In the past week, the Peak milk team has taken the PECADOMO’ gospel to Mushin market, Justrite Supermarket in Abule-Egba, Grocery Bazaar in Igando, The Palms – Lekki and Shoprite Ikeja, all in Lagos.

Within the next few days, the dairy brand team will move to other major Lagos markets like Ikotun, Iyana-Ipaja and Ikorodu markets.

“When we saw the Peak Milk people in the market, we were very excited. At first, I thought they wanted to just advertise their brand, but they actually taught us how to cook different foods with Peak milk. It was very nice because I learnt a lot,” said Mrs. Nkechi Uwakwe, a weave-on seller in Agege market.

The same scenario played out at Shoprite Supermarket, Ikeja albeit more festive as Ileya fun seekers were treated to a live performance on the many uses of the dairy brand.

“I was at the mall with my kids and one of them pointed me towards the Peak Milk stand. It is very impressive what Peak milk is doing by making Nigerians learn other culinary uses of milk besides drinking. I like that and plan to incorporate the new tips to my cooking,” said Mrs. Shalom Preye, a lawyer.

The Peak PECADOMO” campaign will run for six weeks and take the campaign to markets across the country including Sango and Kuto markets in Abeokuta, Shoprite Cocoa Mall in Ibadan, Oja Oba market in Akure, Baboko market in Ilorin, Mission Road market in Benin City, Igbudu market in Warri, Relief market in Onitsha, Mile 1 market in Port-Harcourt, Nyong Essien market, Uyo and Eziukwu market, Aba.
