The Third Edition of Wines of South Africa (WOSA) event took place on Saturday, July 18, 2015 on the grounds of the Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.

WOSA is an annual event organized by Spronks Creation, in conjunction with the South African wine industry. Spronks is a Nigerian Event Management Company with focus on Wines & Spirits support services. It is headed by Ronke Sobodu, who also organizes the annual Nigeria International Wine and Spirit Fair (NIWSF).

The purpose of the event is to introduce South African wines and spirits to Nigerians, promote trade between both countries and create a culture of wines and spirits in Nigeria.

In attendance were the top wine producers from South Africa, their local distributors, importers and those looking to get in on the trade, local beverage executives, celebrities, the media, connoisseurs and consumers who came out for a fun evening.

On display for tasting were an assortment of South African wines and spirits – both alcoholic and non-alcoholic wines, champagne and sparkling wines and spirits alike and much more. The event lived up to expectation.
