Nigerian Breweries rewards top distributors, trade partners, promises better year in 2016

Brewing giant, Nigerian Breweries Plc, on Friday, March 4, thanked its distributors and trade partners, promising a more rewarding year in 2016 at the company’s Annual Distributor’s Award Night.

The event which held at the Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos was in honour of Distributors and Key Transporters of the company’s products, who excelled in the cause of their business partnerships in 2015.

Hubert Eze, Sales Director, Nigerian Breweries Plc, thanked the trade partners for staying the course, and added that the award, which came after a Distributor’s Business Meeting, was created to recognize and reward the exceptional performance of the company’s distributors and transporters for the year 2015. The award ceremony, he added, provided an opportunity to evaluate the previous year’s business performance and communicate new business strategies to distributors.

Eze, said that despite the myriad of challenges the company faced in the operating environment, it performed well and achieved many milestones that called for celebration.

“Our partnership was not built for today, but built for the future. 2016 will be challenging too, but we believe we Nigerians; we are happy people, and we are going to win again. At the end of the year, we will gather not to talk only about the difficulties but our victories,” he said to a round of applause.
